The opening titles of any film is the first minutes of capturing the audience to keep in their seats. The next 2 minutes of the script is the essence that makes the audience sit through the rest of the film.
I had the awesome opportunity to do post production retouching on a short fashion film for a local Cape Town director Porteus Xandau.
This was an exciting job to take on. I did not want the video to look like a normal corporate video of titles followed by live footage followed by animation etc etc. We had the opportunity to have a drone for aerial shots of the printing building. So I used the drone as my main camera and incorporated the titles into the live footage. It was then camera tracked in post production and treated as a separate element.
This was the third video I did for skater George Swanepoel and his sponsor 79&Lewis in Texas. this is another promotional video for his career on the way to the 2016 X Games.
